The past few months hadn't been too noteworthy on the financial front. Haven't really found any value buys for this year, so I have just been loading up on cash. I must say, I think I've got the hang of sitting around and not doing anything (with regards to my portfolio, not my life). Since the last update, I have bought 900 shares of Sembcorp Industries, and added a bit here and there to my foreign portfolio.
Since then, we've had further oil price volatility, and rate hike jitters here and there. At the close of the markets today however, my local portfolio value hit a nice milestone of $150k :D
Where will we go from here? Knowing the markets, I know it'll go below 150k sooner or later. And I'll also know that it will go above 150k sometime. But personally, the important thing is to keep to the plan of buying great companies at fair prices, and letting time work its magic :)

Not much dividends for me in the month of April, however May should bring a nice cash infusion. Meanwhile, I'll be sitting around waiting for the bargain bin to fill up, whenever that happens. Will try to update on my foreign portfolio when I get some spare time.
Cheers! :D
